Contract Helpdesk Engineer #4132 (Vendor)

Duration:                            12 months (Target Join time on July-24)

Location:                            Central

Working Hours:                 Monday to Friday 08:45am – 5:45pm

Availability:                        Immediate available is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Mainly help desk service support HQ and 3 branches (4 locations)
• Support hardware (PC, printer) and software issue
• Inventory update
• Handle Billing
• New Join and Leave handling – New PC setup with desk phone
• Manage MS AD user account modification
• Handle staff of client password reset on some business service account

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma or equivalent in Computer or IT related subjects.
• 3 yrs experience in first-tier user desktop and operations support
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365 and common hardware
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
