Senior Network Specialist #4143 (Banking)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily technical support to the Bank’s Data Networks and to assure prompt and smooth resolution for any network issues
• Monitor the Networks resources utilization and status of connectivity
• Perform capacity planning for upgrade and technology refresh
• Collaborate with telecommunication vendors and services suppliers on network implementation, and to resolve network incidents
• Perform routine network maintenance and systems upgrade, including firmware, patches, release and hotfix installation
• Handle all Network configurations and design
• Support group-wide Networks upgrade and participate in IT projects requiring network support or solution
• Develop, review and update the IT SOPs, Policies and Procedures
• Participate in IT Risk and Security management controls

Requirements:                                                          

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Networking related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in managing and supporting Complex Data networks; MPLS, WAN, preferably in Banking or Finance industry
• Well-versed with the largescale IP Networks design, and familiar with Internet Infrastructure
• Experience in supporting Huawei, Cisco, F5, Huawei, Palo Alto Systems, SDN and SD-WAN
• Strong analytical skills in Network troubleshooting, Fault isolation and Rectification
• A divine team player with ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment
• Proficient in English & Chinese
