Service Scope

• Managing Ticket diagnosis and triage via ServiceNow

• Support office users by Email, Calls, Teams and ServiceNow
• Daily health check of servers in office service room
• Support Customer processes including account management, office technology equipment training, etc.
• Computer equipment inventory management

• Support on-site for helpdesk AL
• Backup support remotely / on-site for helpdesk SL
