Contract Project Management Assistant - Data Center #4161

Responsibilities:

• Assist the all Project Manager of production operation division in the overall planning, execution, and monitoring of the project.
• Support the project manager in preparing and maintaining project plans, risk assessments, and issue tracking.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure their understanding and involvement in project progress and requirements.
• Monitor project progress and report key milestones, issues, and risks.
• Support the project manager in managing and organizing project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and related documents.
• Provide assistance in resolving project execution issues and conflicts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic background in a related field.
• Familiarity with the Banking industry and basic knowledge of Data Center operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
• Fresh graduate will be considered
