Description

Major Duties :

Assist the Project Manager in operating and enhancing the Authority's API Gateway and Enterprise Application Integration Platform
Work with the supporting vendors to apply patches, certificate renewal and fixes / enhancements to the platform
Participate in acceptance testing and production rollout rehearsal for enhancements to the platform
Review or prepare production system change package and work with the supporting vendors to carry out production deployment
Provide technical support to other application teams using the API Gateway and enterprise application integration platform
Provide technical support in collaboration with other IT colleagues of the Authority
Provide daily user support including the first level or second level support call
Provide problem investigation and resolution
Support system operations and maintenance.

Academic Qualifications:

Professional Qualifications :

Working Experience :

Over 5 years’ working experience including solid working experience in software design and development.
Proficiency in API Gateway technologies such as Apigee, AWS API Gateway, Kong, or Azure API Management.
Knowledge of API design and development, RESTful principles, and Web Services.
Experience with API Security, authentication, and authorization protocols (e.g., OAuth, JWT).
Familiarity with API Documentation tools like Swagger or OpenAPI.
Understanding of Networking concepts, HTTP Protocols, and Load Balancing.
Experience in Aviation industry would be an advantage
