Summary

• The successful candidate will participate in a Digital Transformation Project for the largest telecommunications company in Hong Kong – by transforming the legacy systems through the latest digital solution on modern architecture to support the next generation of CRM & Billing systems. 
• The new CRM & Billing Systems will provide the first class Customer Experience via innovative functions and features.

Job Duties

He / She will be responsible for performing quality assurance activities with the following scope of duties:

• Execute testing / quality activities to assure delivery excellence
• Conduct data collection / analysis and produce various analytical reports relating to dynamic business needs
• Proactively manage testing and quality tasks with stamina on risk-based thinking
• Preparation and development of Test Cases base on testing scenarios to achieve high quality testing results

The Person

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT profession / Quality Assurance.  Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer.
• Knowledgeable of testing tools, concepts and methodologies of QA
• Knowledge/Experience in RPA Robotic Process Automation tool is an advantage, such as Selenium, Uipath, etc.
• Knowledgeable in SDLC, end-to-end testing and agile methodologies
• Experience in developing testing plan
• Experience in ISO standards, risk management is a definite advantage
• Experience in automate a test by multiple RPA tools or programming (such as Macro, Shell script, SQL and Java) is required
• Preferred working experience in BSS/OSS systems or software product development
• A self-starter with good analytical and problem solving skills to manage and organise multiple tasks
• Good leadership, analytical, inter-personal and problem solving skills
• Positive attitude, fast-learning, energetic, able to perform in challenging environment
• Good command of spoken and written English.  Fluent speaking also in Cantonese and Mandarin preferred.
