Contract IT Business Analyst #4255 (Vendor)

Duration:              12 months

Location:              Tai Koo Place

Working Hours:  Mon – Fri  0900 -1800

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and functional requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including business process models, use cases, and user stories.
• Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of IT solutions.
• Provide support and training to end-users on new systems and processes.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business users.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Business Analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Project Management Methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, Oracle NetSuite, and CRM Systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
