Job duty

  • Responsible for tracking and resolving faults and vulnerabilities in products (including Print Queue, AD, ATA, MDM, SCCM, and Citrix, etc).
  • Responsible for communicating with endpoint security vendors to handle software issues, version upgrades, and product security hardening.
  • Responsible for monitoring non-compliant software, analyzing software metrics, and proposing corresponding remediation solutions.
  • Responsible for investigating and resolving terminal issues such as the inability to automatically update patches, the inability to perform virus scans, and violations.

 

Education / Qualification:

  • F.5/DSE or above
  • U-grad is highly preferrable
  • ITIL 4 Foundation Certification

 

Skills / Knowledge:

  • Good spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
  • Good Mandarin communication skills are particularly required.
  • Customer-oriented with passion, patience, and caring attitude.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A team player with positive attitude, proactive, detail and result oriented mindset, fast learner, able to change, able to work independently and under pressure.

 

Working Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, and at least 2 years in Senior Engineer (L3) role.
