Description

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain custom solutions in IBM Maximo Asset Management v8.x to meet business requirements, using JavaScript, Python programming languages.
Perform unit testing and debugging of Maximo code and configurations, including automation scripts.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure Maximo solutions meet business needs, including system integrations with third-party applications.
Participate in code and design reviews to ensure quality and adherence to Maximo customization best practices.
Provide support for Maximo system issues and resolve them in a timely manner, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Create and maintain Maximo technical documentation, including customizations, configurations, and interfaces.
Contribute to Maximo version upgrades and migrations, including testing and validation of customizations.

Requirements

University degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience.
Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL development
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, including ability to work in a team environment.
Experience in IBM Maximo Asset Management v8.x development, support, or related roles is an advantage
Understanding Maximo v8.x architecture and customization capabilities is an advantage
Experience with Maximo integration frameworks (e.g. MIF, MEA, REST API) is an advantage
Experience with Maximo Mobile is an advantage
Experience with Maximo BIRT reporting is an advantage
Good communication skills in both English and/or Chinese (including Putonghua)
