IT Support Engineer #4054

Job Nature:

• Setup, maintain & support Hardware and Software environment in client sites
• Provide Workstation installation and software deployment, upgrade and troubleshooting
• Provide end-user support in operating workstations, printers and peripherals
• To isolate IT related problem and escalate to the next level support when required
• Provide tasks management and escalation, coordination with service providers for service delivery

Requirements:

• Rich experience in various Hardware installation, Network and Printer setup and troubleshooting
• Practical experience of Field Services (Retail Stores, Office, Warehouse, etc.)
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows installation, configuration and troubleshooting
• Knowledge in Firewall, Router and Switch installation and configuration.
• Highly responsible, able to work independently and communicate effectively with business end-user
• Strong analytical, problems solving, communication and tasks management skills
