Contract Data Analyst / Assistant Data Analyst #4130 (Banking)

Responsibilities:

• Support business MIS requests and campaign activities from various departments and stakeholder
• Collaborate with stakeholders to consolidate their specific analytic requirement and prepare functional design documentation
• Support the analytics data model maintenance and data asset management
• Extract and compile data from multiple sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
• Conduct regular check of MIS processes to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to data or reporting
• Continuously evaluate and improve MIS processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Support ad-hoc analysis and administrative request

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Statistics, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other data analytics relevant disciplines
• Proficiency in using SQL, Excel
• Experience with Python / SAS / Data Visualization tools (e.g: Tableau) is a plus
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, attention to detail and the ability to ensure data accuracy and quality
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical MIS solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written, including Putonghua
• Candidates with less experience / fresh graduates will also be considered
