Contract Assistant Project Manager #4200 (Vendor)

Location:                            MongKok

Working Hours:                 Mon to Fri , 09:00 to 18:00

Main Duties:

• Act as a liaison and co-ordinate actively between Operational Teams and IT Departments, communicating necessary business requirements
• Oversight of the implementation of IT Projects in Bank by gathering user requirements and providing thorough follow ups thereafter
• Contribute to the development of insightful management reports, working closely with stakeholders to meet their data needs
• Oversee issue resolution with system vendors, ensuring timely and effective problem-solving
• Collaborate with Global teams, occasionally adjusting your schedule for international communication

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3 -5 years’ experience in Project Management / Project Coordination for Banking Systems within the Banking industry
• Excellent communication, stakeholder and project management skills; organised and detail-minded
• Excellent team player to be able to work with other project managers among IT teams
• Strong command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
