Description:
- Monitor the Network Infrastructure and identify and troubleshoot network issues.
- Implement solutions to resolve/mitigate network issues.
- Provide 2nd-tier technical support for network-related issues.
- Collaborate with 1st-tier technical support for issue escalation.
- Engage and develop positive relationships with customers and partners.
- Document updates on network configurations, inventory, changes, and procedures.
- Respond to network-related emergencies.
- Network design and implementation
- Network maintenance service support
- Need hands-on skillset and experience
- Willingness to work on non-office hours due to customer change needs to be performed at mid-night
Education / Qualification
- Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- CCNP / HCIP or equivalent prefer to have CCIE/HCIE
Skills / Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of Network Protocols, Routing, and Switching.
- Hands-on experience with Network Monitoring and diagnostic tools.
- Familiarity with Network Hardware, such as Routers, Switches, and Firewalls.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to solve the Network or Security issue alone
Working Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Network Engineer or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience at Supervisor level
Working Hour:
40 working hours per week
Monday – Friday (9:00-6:00)
