Contract Network Engineer #4203 (Airport)

12 months contract 

Job Duties

• Monitor the network infrastructure and identify and troubleshoot network issues.

• Implement solutions to resolve/mitigate network issues.
• Provide 1st tier technical support for network-related issues.
• Collaborate with 2nd tier technical support for issue escalation.
• Engage and develop positive relationships with customers and partners.
• Document updates on network configurations, inventory, changes, and procedures.
• Respond to network-related emergencies.
• Willingness to work in shift duty (12 hours) to support 24/7 operations.

Education / Qualification

• Higher diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• CCNP/HCIP or equivalent is a must.
• Holder of a valid Hong Kong driving license (Class 2) is an advantage.
• Immediately available is an advantage

Skills / Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching.
• Hands-on experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
• Familiarity with network hardware, such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a network engineer or equivalent.

Working Hour:

Shift Pattern, Approx 48 hours per week

Day 1: 7am to 7pm

Day 2: 7pm to 7am

Day 3: off

Day 4: off, and Repeat
