Project Objective- Support Windows 10/11 build upgrade
- Support clone images on Windows
- Support new MacOS settings for Filmless OT project
Project Scope - Technical & operational support to Windows 10/11and clone image
- Conduct Windows 10/11 build upgrade testing
- Create desktop and notebook computer clone images for Windows 10
- Modify script for new MacOS settings for Filmless OT project
- Perform first-tier support of images
Project Specifications –
- The contractor shall provide full CVs of consultants for vetting
- The consultants are required to work on-site during office hours
- The Customer reserves the rights to request change of personnel where necessary
- Customer shall own the intellectual property of the reports from any collaboration, consortium or contract work.
Project Deliverables:
- Conduct Windows 10 build testing ~250+ settings
- Create Windows 10 clone images ~ 120 images
- Conduct new Mac PC setting testing ~ 100+ settings
- Perform first-tier support of images ~ 500 requests
Acceptance of Work:
- The contractor completed all tasks defined and accepted by Customer
- The contractor submitted all documentations within agreed timeline by the Customer
- All document deliverables are accepted by Customer
