Working Hours:  Mon – Fri  0900 -1800

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide General Office IT support on daily operations
  • Handle user inquiries, technical troubleshooting and support
  • Provide daily routine Servers and Backup Job checking
  • Providing support to Windows/Linux Servers and VMware infrastructure
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone, messaging system or email
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • Provide accurate information on IT products or services
  • Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
  • Follow-up and update customer status and information
  • Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team
  • Prepare & update helpdesk documents
  • Support end users for solving issues in their Server Operating Systems (OS), Hardware and Applications.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ or above in Information Technology or Computer related disciplines
  • 3 years of relevant experience in IT related field is preferred
  • I.T Certificates Holder will be definitely an advantage
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
