Contact Hardware Support Engineer #4286 (Vendor)

Working Location:            Customer Site

Duty time:                         Monday to Friday: 0830 -1730 / Saturday 0830 – 1330 (alternate week) *Non-office hours working is required* *Non-office hours on call standby (by shift roster)*

Job Description

• Provide onsite maintenance & support services for Octopus Access Control system related hardware including Card Reader, Carpark Barrier Gate, Controller, Server, Desktop, Laptop,  Printer, Loop Detector, Intercom...etc.
• Provide onsite maintenance & support services for Octopus Access Control system related software including installation, configuration, trouble shoot.

Job Requirement

• Higher Diploma/ or above in computer science, information system or related discipline
• 2 years working experience with IT system experience (less experience also would be considered for junior post)
• Knowledge on Hardware and Software Door Access and Carpark Barrier Gate system.
• Effective and efficient problem solving skill
• Self-motivated and Good interpersonal skill
