Duration:                            12 months

Location:                             Mainly in Kowloon Bay, require to onsite to different sites of the customer

Working Hours:                

  • Monday to Friday / 9:00-18:00
  • Weekends and Public Holiday require to provide standby support for critical incident
  • Require to work during non-office hours for scheduled network maintenance
  • Time-off will be provided for non-office hours work

 

Duties

  • Perform daily operation support and fault isolation on network incidents
  • Perform Network routers, switches, access point configuration
  • Network equipment maintenance and support
  • Network project deployment, support and ongoing management
  • Maintain and update network equipment inventory
  • Provide ad-hoc support/quick win solution to users when required
  • Supervise and guide a team of desktop support technicians.
  • Assign tasks and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex technical issues.
  • Oversee the troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Ensure regular updates, patches, and maintenance of operating systems and applications.
  • Manage hardware and software deployments, including new system rollouts.
  • Oversee inventory management of IT assets such as computers, peripherals, and licenses.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for desktop support.
  • Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and best practices.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient CCNA Level Networking Skills including TCP/IP, IP Subnets, NAT, ACL, LAN and WAN technologies, VLANs, Static and Dynamic Routing
  • Knowledge in Ruckus, Cisco, Extreme, Huawei, Fortinet, TP link products (AP, Router, Switch)
  • Diploma or above in Information Technology or related discipline
  • At least 4 year of IT support experience
  • Knowledge of Windows environments.
  • Good leadership and team management abilities.
  • Good in problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Basic knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Applications
  • Polite and good in communicate with End-Users, Customers, ISP, Vendors, and Teammates
  • Self-discipline, proactive, responsible with positive attitude
