Job Description:

  • Offer the first-tier support service of IT Infrastructure to end users and ensure the robust daily business operation in the Stores, Services Office and Warehouse.  Infrastructure service scope to cover Store, Service Office and Warehouse Workplace management, Server operation, Network, Capacity, Basic database administration, IT Security management, Facility management and appointed projects
  • Proactive monitor the daily infrastructure or application service and implement the preventive actions & solution with Customer Group IT, Contractors or Service Providers in order to provide first tier efficient service to store end users
  • To be the Store, Service Office & Warehouse focal point of first tier Helpdesk Service, Server, Storage and Network support, record, response or escalate users' incident log to teammates.  Ensure the service level was secured and delivered.  The purpose is to maintain the high-level service scarification of end users
  • Participate the in store, service office and warehouse IT infrastructure projects to assist the planned activities or appointed assignments from line manager.
  • Responsible for updating the documentation of infrastructure landscape
  • Assist to conduct the necessary training to store end users. The purpose to increase the basic IT knowledge of users and reduce the number of incidents
  • Perform all daily tasks according to set procedures, rules, and guidelines to secure the availability of business application
  • Engage with Risk Management for IT security policy to manage and secure the business information in the store.  Also, engage with line manager

 

Requirement

  • 2 - 3 years working experience in IT related, Retail industry experience will be the plus
  • Medium level knowledge of IT Infrastructure and basic for Application 
  • Strong passion and comfort to perform daily operational support 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Customer service oriented 
  • Logical and creative thinking 
  • English in General Level (Written and Verbal) is the must 
  • No fresh graduate
