Major Duties :
Support AA Project Manager to implement and deliver IT solutions:
- Perform user requirement study, system analysis and pre-project solution assessment
- Assist Project Manager to coordinate project delivery activities and provide technical support for testing and system change.
- Assist Project Manager to manage vendors, business partners and contractors to deliver the IT solutions within the project timeline and cost, and ensure the quality of the deliverables, including System Design & Architecture Design or relevant documentation
- Assist to arrange internal IT teams to setup testing / production environment for new Project enhancement works
- Coordinate and support users in conducting non-functional tests.
- Participate in testing activities including UAT and SIT and manage issue log tracking for bug fix and code change
- Support for system change for production deployment.
- Work with vendor to consolidate all project documentation for completion of submission and approval of system change
For daily technical support for Corporate Services IT Systems
- Internal Corporate Forms Services, Airport Community Form Services and related workflow systems
- Provide support and maintenance, including application accounts management, user request and incident follow-up
Academic Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Systems / System Engineering or a related discipline
Professional Qualifications :
- Professional Certification in Software Development / Scrum Master / Project Management preferred
Working Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of working experience in system support and development
- Experience in requirement study, system analysis and design
- Sound experience in corporate application development such as J2EE, System Development; and Cloud Application I Technology
- Experience in workflow process implementation, testing document review and execution will be an advantage
- Knowledge in System Development Life Cycle, Agile Methodology and vendor management
Other Specifications:
- Strong business sense, good analytical and problem solving skill
- Assuming key project coordination role with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and facilitate collaboration across teams and vendors for project delivery
- Self-motivated, able to work under pressure independently and as a team, with good multitasking skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; good command of Putonghua is an added advantage
