Contract Senior Network Engineer / Network Engineer (Wi-Fi) #4388 (Vendor)

The Service Engineer is responsible for the following tasks:

• Support the team to operate managed service solution with incident management, problem management and change management
• Support the team to provide technical support for managed service customer
• Liaise with internal department, vendor and customer for deliver managed service

Requirements

• Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science, Computer Studies, Information Technology, Information System or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in supporting managed service project or in-house IT support, SI vendor, ISP or related disciplines
• Good technical knowledge in various brands of networking product and solution such as Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Huawei, etc.
• Holder of professional certifications in Cisco, Aruba (such as CCIE, CCNP) in Wi-Fi is must
• Familiar with ITIL IT Service Management framework
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills
• Self motivated, customer oriented and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in spoken and written in both Chinese and English
