Job Description

  • Provide Level 2 support for the Ticketing terminals, Ticketing Kiosks, retail shop POS, and F&B shop POS. Troubleshoot and investigate the incidents, mitigate the issue, and document the root cause and solution.
  • Provide daily health check, and on-site support for the Ticketing terminal, Ticketing Kiosk, retail shop POS, and F&B shop POS, including the device health check, diagnosis, and execution recovery procedures
  • Prepare, set up and support hardware & software/applications for pop-up ticketing / POS counter
  • Create, coordinate and implement Change Request
  • Regular check and update of system inventory and configuration according to the change in system maintenance
  • Work with the infrastructure team to ensure the system & applications are running with the expected environment setup
  • Prepare and update SOP, guideline and training documents
  • Perform inventory update in the daily operation and perform inventory check every 6 months
  • Liaison with the service provider to support system integration test (SIT) in the testing environment and to support maintenance in the production environment

 

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in supporting Ticketing Terminals, Ticketing Kiosks, or POS Systems, as well as supporting application troubleshooting
  • Good understanding of Networking and Server Infrastructure
  • Experience in providing Level-2 system support and working with service providers is highly desirable
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in Cantonese and English, Putonghua is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • On-call support during weekends and public holiday is required
