Contract Technical Service Officer #4712
Duration: 12 months
Location: Ho Man Tin
Working Hours: Monday - Friday / 0900 – 1800 (ECO duty may be required, Time off will be compensated after non-office hours work)
Responsible:
- Handle project provisioning & service restoration on different Network Security solution, likes EDR, WAF, IAG, SASE & firewall infrastructure solutions
- Provide technical consultancy services to customer
- Assist / prepare demonstration on security solution to customer
- Communicate with vendors on technical support issues
- Perform ad hoc or emergency call out service when required
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent
- 1- 2 years in Data Network infrastructure or Security project implementation and maintenance service experience
- Security knowledge in data networking security solution on Hillstone, Sangfor, FortiGate & Palo Alto products
- Holder of professional certifications such as Hillstone or Palo Alto or Fortinet will be an advantage
- Experience with Java, Python, JavaScript or other web services development languages will also be an advantage
- Strong problem solving and analytical skill
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and listening skills, and patience in serving the team
- Can work independently and under pressure
- Proficiency in spoken and written in both Chinese and English
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Junior Technical Service Officer
