Duration: 12-month contract
Working Hours: Monday to Friday / 09:00 – 18:30 (7 x 24 on-call standby and non-office-hours work is required)
Annual Leave: 7 days

Responsibilities:
- Perform Network Infrastructure installation, deployment, maintenance, support and troubleshooting
- Provide technical support and planning for the Internet, Intranet, Website, user application systems, system software and hardware
- Provide on-call support for production incidents and perform shift duties as required
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in Switches, Routers, Wi-Fi Controllers, IPS/IDS, Firewalls, Load Balancers, Network monitoring and troubleshooting
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Red Hat Linux, VMware, SAN Storage and TCP/IP in LAN/WAN network environment
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Network administration and support
- Degree Holder in IT or related disciplines
- Non-degree holders are also considered (Excellent command of written English)
- Those with less experience may be considered
