MDM & UEM Specialist (SRC240203) #4078
Duration: 12 months renewable OR permanent role
Location: Central
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00
Main job areas :
- Daily system administration and support of MDM related systems
- Patch management services of MDM related systems
- Troubleshooting of system incidents and user support cases
- Second line support to Help Desk in handling users’ calls
- Disaster Recovery plans related to MDM systems
- Regular mobile device enrolment
- Day-to-day device inventory tracking and reporting; App management
- MDM system related projects; technical research and proof-of-concept work; and RFP - On-site Technical and Operational Support on MDM
- documentations/manuals of MDM related systems, such as installation/configuration procedures, technical specifications, operation procedures, disaster recovery procedures, and etc.
- maintain proper MDM policies for mobile devices
- ensure apps of mobile devices are up-to-date
- provide support to other IT teams on daily system administration and testing
- prepare system usage and performance reports; and
- provide 24x7 on-call standby services and work irregular hours as directed by the customer when needed.
Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of solid experience in IT industry
- Minimum 3 years of solid experience in operating systems, and software
- Operating Systems : Windows Server 2016 /2019, Windows 10 or later ,Mac OS 10 to 14 or later , iOS 15 to 17 or later
- Software : VMware AirWatch 22.12 / 23.09 , VMware vSphere ESXi Enterprise 7.0 or later , VMware vCenter Server 7.0 or later, VMware Horizon View 8 or later, MSSQL 2016 / 2022, Zoom, Webex , MS Teams
Candidates who possess the following qualifications are preferred:
- VMware Certified Professional (VCP) on data center virtualization
- VMware Certified Professional (VCP) on desktop and mobility; and
- VMware Certified Professional (VCP) on network virtualization.
