Senior Database Specialist #4088

Responsibilities

• Provide database administration support for Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, Coherence, Redis, etc
• Develop and implement database backup and recovery strategies to ensure data reliability
• Maintain disaster recovery drill
• Provide ongoing tuning and monitoring of database performance
• Perform database migration and upgrade
• Control on-going database changes operation

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience as production DBA in Oracle
• Strong knowledge of database management systems such as Oracle, SQL Server & My SQL etc
• Experience in setup of Oracle (standalone and Clustered) will be an advantage
• Knowledge in Oracle server disaster recover techniques and procedure
• Experience in performance monitoring and optimization of Oracle servers
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Database Specialist
