Responsibilities

  • Manage full spectrum of Daily Office Administration and Procurement Functions
  • Liaise with local and overseas suppliers for quotation of product / services specified in quotation requisition or by user department.
  • Monitor suppliers’ database including but not limited to suppliers assessment and evaluation and updating of supplier list.
  • Follow up with internal and external parties on purchase orders from sample request to delivery.
  • Advise user departments on procurement procedures to ensure compliance with company policies. 
  • Assist in the review of company policies and procedures for office administration and procurement.
  • Assist user departments in the preparation of tendering documents and consolidation of tender received to ensure compliance with company policies and meeting predetermined deadlines.
  • Liaise with other contractors and vendors to ensure quality services are provided including but not limited to canteen, shuttle bus, and sanitisation services
  • Adhere to all related Company’s operating, environmental, safety and health procedures when performing the assigned duties.
  • Perform ad hoc projects / tasks as and when required.

 

Job Qualifications

  • Degree Holder in Business Management or relevant disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with not less than 3 years’ experience in Materials Sourcing / Ordering, Vendor Evaluation and Selection Practice.  Managerial or supervisory experience will be an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.  Fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
