Duration:                            12 months (renewable)

Location:                            Tsim Sha Tsui

Working hours:                 Monday to Friday - 8:30am – 6:00pm or 9:00am – 6:30pm

 

Responsibilities

  • 2-3 years working experience.
  • Hotline and ticketing system handling
  • On-sites users support, remote support via remote tools
  • Prepare documentation for daily support operations.

 

Skills

  • Strong communication skill and deskside support experience.
  • Computer installation, exchange and data migration.
  • Trouble shooting and problem resolve in computer environment.
  • Mobile devices support (IOS, Android)
  • Team working mind set.
