Data Center Operator #4094 (Properties Developer)

Requirements

• Diploma / Certificate or above in IT related discipline
• Holder of Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Center operation with sound knowledge on Data Center Facilities, such as Fire Protection, UPS, Cooling System, Environmental Control, Security, etc.
• Strong Infrastructure skills especially in Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux Server, VM Ware and Veeam Backup
• Experience in Cloud Data Center operation an advantage
• Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented
• 7 x 24 roster duty is required

Responsibilities

• Deploy Applications to Hybrid Cloud Hosting Environment (AWS, Azure & On-Premises Private Cloud)
• Monitor and troubleshoot Cloud System related issues
• Perform Account management and administration, such as account creation, modification and deletion
• Monitor and manage Backup system
• Incident Management and escalation
• Coordinate & liaise with different parties about operational matters
• Complete the daily jobs / tasks on time according to procedures, checklist and instruction
• Handle end user IT requests and support tasks
