Contract Analyst Programmer / System Analyst #4099 (2 Years Contract) (Aviation)

Major Duties :

• Report to Corporate Services - Workflow
• Support AA project manager to implement and deliver IT solutions
• Perform user requirement study, system analysis and solution design
• Study, refine and implement Corporate Workflow opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the process
• Help the business growth by exploring and studying IT opportunities in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Human Resources Management Processes, Procurement and Budgeting Operation, and Workflow initiatives
• Manage vendors , business partners and contractors to deliver the IT solutions within the project timeline and cost, and ensure the quality of the deliverables
• Lead the support team providing support and maintenance to Corporate IT systems
• Conduct research and feasibility studies

Academic Qualifications :

• Tertiary education in Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Systems / Systems Engineering or a related discipline

Professional Qualifications :

• Professional certification in Software Development/ Serum Master/ Project Management is preferred

Working Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in system support or development
• Experience in requirement study, system analysis and design, system rollout, and system support
• Experience in ERP Systems such as Human Resources Management, Budgeting and Supply Chain management
• Experience in SharePoint, Oracle Database, MSSQL Server, System Development Life Cycle, Agile Methodology and vendor management
• Knowledge in Oracle PeopleSoft and Oracle Hyperion is an advantage
• Knowledge in Procurement and Budgeting Processes is an advantage
• Knowledge in Project Management is an advantage

Other Specifications

• Strong business sense, good analytical and problem solving skill
• Ability to assume a technical/ consultant leadership role
• Self-motivated , able to work under pressure independently and as a team, with good multitasking skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; good command of Putonghua is an added advantage
